Bug fixes!

It's still an obvious jam game, and that's all it will ever be, but I needed to grab something from the project anyway and decided to take an hour and clean up some of the bigger things we missed the first time around.  There are minor aesthetic fixes, and most notably, the evidence details can be reviewed in the inventory.
