Cleanup Update

I did some cleanup after jam ratings ended for the Leap Day game jam for which this game was made.
Updates:
- Level design is slightly touched up, but retains its original spirit.
- Enemies no longer "explode" when grabbed.
- Enemies no longer destroy each other.
- Bug that rarely locked player controls when releasing the throw is fixed.
- Player can no longer turn around during grab animation (grab is more stable).
- Grab no longer acts as a soft double-jump, which could previously be used to skip part of the level.
- Carried objects can no longer be pushed up through ceilings, but instead increase the space consumed by the player character.
- Added missing visual effects for various actions, including throw and player death.
